Tamra Lahmer

Tamra Lahmer is the Founder and President of MediQuick Physician Services located in Fort Worth, Texas. Her company started as a small home-based physician billing company in 2000 and has evolved into a multi-service company which supports the coding, auditing, and compliance needs of healthcare providers and hospitals.

A consummate professional, Tamra is known for her ability to inspire and challenge others toward achieving success in their individual career goals and corporate objectives.

Tamra holds multiple credentials through AAPC and AHIMA in coding, auditing, compliance and as an AAPC Certified Coding Instructor. She has served in various officer and volunteer positions with the Fort Worth AAPC Chapter including President and Education Officer.

Her experience and credentials have equipped her to serve as an expert witness in a multi-million dollar orthopedic litigation case, as well as others. She is the author of a medical reimbursement curriculum which is utilized by a national consulting organization for training and certification. Her consulting services include small practice start-up, assisting practices to maximize revenue, performing thousands of medical record audits and developing compliance programs for risk management. Her valued clients include major hospitals, individual practitioners, physician clinics and Medicare Advantage plans.
